Secure the following room nights in your wedding room block and enjoy a semi-private event with food & beverages, complete with a standard white linen table setup:
- 30 to 59 room nights: 1 - hour private cocktail reception
- 60 to 74 room nights: 2-hour private dinner event
- 75 to 107 room nights: 9 hours of private events
- 108 to 152 room nights: 10 hours of private events
- 153 to 299 room nights: 15 hours of private events
- 300 room nights or more: Unlimited days of private events
Bride & Groom will receive one (1) complimentary room (2 people maximum) for a total of 5 complimentary nights for every 75 paid room nights for the established minimum stay, based on the Standard Room category of the Resort. Up to 5 complimentary rooms maximum.
Free Wedding Essentials : The Bride and Groom will earn $20.00 USD credit for every paid night when 30 paid room nights are reserved and booked (as a minimum) as part of the group and for a minimum of 3 nights or more. Earned credit can only be used to purchase wedding extras featured in the Amada, Delight, Evoke, Quantum, Entertainment and Memories Catalogs. Complimentary rooms do not qualify. For example, if your wedding group books 50 rooms for 3 nights, you will receive $3,000 USD in credit towards your wedding extras.
Room Block Payment: $100.00 USD per blocked room, refundable 30 days prior to arrival or after the room block has been reserved and paid in full. This payment is non-refundable in the event of wedding cancellation.
Signing Fee Payment: $250.00 USD non-refundable and not applicable to wedding services or resort services. This payment is non-refundable in the event of wedding cancellation.
Final payment for reserved rooms and nights for each guest of the Group must be completed no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
