All cancellations must be submitted in writing by replying directly to your invoice or emailing info@exquisitevacation.com no later than 6:00 PM EST.
Guests who purchase travel insurance at the time of booking will receive either a refund in the original form of payment or a Future Travel Credit, depending on the insurance plan selected.

Airfare quotes are available upon request and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Guests may use airline miles, credits, or reward points; however, these must be booked directly with the airline.
To request an airfare quote, please email info@exquisitevacation.com and include the departure city you’ll be flying from.
Please note: Airfare is not included in room pricing and is an additional cost.
Passport Requirements
A valid passport book is required for travel to Jamaica for all guests.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.
If you wish to book airfare but do not yet have a passport, please provide the legal name and date of birth as listed on your birth certificate so airfare can be secured for you.

You’ll need to secure your airline ticket to Jamaica. If you’d like, we can gladly assist with booking your flights.
Every traveler must have a valid passport book. Please make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after your return date from Jamaica.
If you’re traveling from a country outside the U.S., please double-check that you have all the necessary entry documents or visas required for Jamaica.
Good news! When you arrive in Jamaica, no immigration form is required—making your arrival a little smoother.
