✅ The Exquisite Wedding Room Credits promotion is calculated based on the total number of fully paid and travelled rooms in the group, with a minimum stay of three nights per room.
✅ Complimentary (“comp”) rooms, bonus passengers, or free nights awarded by the resort will not count as paid and travelled rooms for this promotion.
Example: if your group books 10 rooms but receives one complimentary room from the hotel, only 9 paid and travelled rooms will count toward this offer.
✅ Cancelled rooms — even if travel insurance is applied — will not count toward the paid and travelled room total.
✅ Promotional credits are not cumulative; only one qualifying tier will apply based on the final room count.
✅ Credits apply only to the couple’s room portion of their final travel invoice and cannot be applied to other services or amenities. If the group’s qualifying tier changes due to cancellations or complimentary rooms, the couple is responsible for any balance due. This balance will be collected from complimentary rooms/nights/passengers or billed directly to the couple.
✅ If the earned credit exceeds the couple’s total room cost, no cash refund will be issued. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be applied to future travel.

✅ All guest rooms must be booked and travelled under the group contract with Exquisite Vacations Inc. to qualify. Only those rooms will count toward the promotional credit calculation.
Exquisite Future Travel Voucher Terms & Conditions
✅ The Exquisite Future Travel Voucher is valid exclusively for bookings made through Exquisite Vacations Inc. and may only be applied to a future reservation of four (4) nights or longer. The voucher cannot be used toward the initial deposit of the future booking; instead, it will be applied to the final payment of your future trip reserved through Exquisite Vacations Inc. The voucher has no cash value, is non-transferable, and must be redeemed within one (1) year of returning from your destination wedding travel.
